PRIVATE STUDIES
This is very powerful. It sticks best when I
study on my own. I like to study at night from 1am to 6am. My mind is fresh at
that time. If you study just when you are about to go to bed, especially after
a tired day, it doesn’t stick much because you are tired and you can’t focus.

SEEK FOR HELP
Seek friends who understand and ask them
for help. Sometimes a friend’s explanation can help you understand better than
your teacher. Your friend thinks like you.
3.
GO TO CLASSES
Attend classes. If you miss classes it
would be very hard for you to do well. Your teacher knows the relevant areas that
might come in the exams; she is desperate for you to pass. If you join class
too, it means you’ve bridged gap in your studies. That is why if you focus in
class very well, you might not have to study the same topic again.

SHUN LEADERSHIP POSITIONS
Just this afternoon I was speaking to a
guardian whose child used to do well and has slipped 20 positions down in the
class. She had become a prefect and the responsibilities took all her time. Solomon
said there is time for everything, heed that advice.
5.
STAY AWAY FROM SOME FRIENDS
Some students have failed because their girlfriends
jilted them during exam time. Broken heart made them loss focus. Think twice. Stay
with friends who are serious and want you to succeed.

STUDY EARLY
I teach friends during exams time. That’s how
I perfect what I’ve studied. If you wait till exams time, you’d be under
pressure and it doesn’t aid the brain, it doesn’t stick. At school you see some
people sitting on trees, studying all day for exams.
During exams time situations might crop up
that would deny you study time; live ready.
7.
QUALITY STUDIES
Studying for many hours at a stretch is bad.
My lecturer told me something, he said after 45 minutes of study nothing sticks
any more. Study little by little. Rest come back again and study some more. Move
away from friends and marycruz, there is more sleep after death.

PRAY
Why? Don’t you believe in God? Some people
could have been drowned in their exams except
for some God given invigilators who helped them during exams or the list paper
they look through just before they were about enter the class to take their
exams. Miracles still exists.
